To many people, the concepts of “making a living” and “leading a quality lifestyle” seem to be contradictory, and this is where ALi has struck a nice balance. This is evident from the company’s club activities, the Jui-Kun Day activity (hosted fortnightly) and some of the celebrations organized for employees to commemorate the achievement of sales targets. ‧System Application Assistant Manager
When I was
discharged from the military six years ago, I did what many others have done:
try to find a decent job by going through the classified sections on newspapers,
seeking help from my seniors, browsing job bank websites, offering my resume
blindly and going from company to company for interviews. In any given week, I
could have as many as a dozen interviews with different employers. The
experience nearly drove me crazy and I felt extremely lost. After a family
meeting and recommendations from my seniors, I chose to become a member of ALi
Corporation. Reflecting back, I must say that I made a good decision. Since
joining ALi, I have acquired relevant skills for product development. The skills
that one can learn at ALi are not just limited to product software, firmware or
hardware; you can even familiarize yourself with IC design skills as long as you
are interested. Another great thing about working at ALi is the fact that you
will never have to worry about the manufacturing plant relocating to other
places; interaction among colleagues and staff here will make you feel welcome.
Outside of work, I also go out for meals, ball games and social events with my
coworkers. In fact, I met my better half at a single’s party that I attended
with my colleagues. Time certainly does fly; six years have passed and I have
completed my graduate studies at ALi, bought a house, married and even had a
child! If I had the opportunity to go back in time, I would still choose to join
ALi, because the company will assist you in accomplishing many goals that you
have set for yourself. So what are you waiting for?
